The Hermit, Arisu Integral Tamashii; the former Executive of Science for Team Rocket and the geneticist who spearheaded the project that resulted in Otomé. Too prideful to allow her life's work to be destroyed, she flees with Otomé in tow and eventually is killed by her ex-lover, the Executive of Warfare.
